Retiring Abroad

There are many people that continue working well into there 60s because their nest egg isn't large enough.  For many this is a legitimate concern, but there are other options that may enable a quicker retirement date.  In particular there is a growing trend in which retiring  Americans are retiring outside the United States.  There are many Latin American countries that offer generous incentive packages to lure American retirees to their countries.  The thought of living abroad is not for everyone, but it is an option that may work for some whom may need to find a location where their savings have a little more spending power.

  1. Any particular place your planning to retire? I can strongly recommend Spain - I believe it will become my haven when I reach retirement...
